Building a residence in Eagle Lake, CA

Here are recent pictures of a new project that we just started in January. The location is in the Spalding Track at Eagle Lake.

 

Work started on this property the second week of January.

Property excavated and slab poured for Pump House / Generator. Property will have a 15Kw backup generator.

Looking towards the West at the property after being cleaned up from all the years of sage brush growing on it.

Lot being perpared to cut out for house. Afterwards the footings will be built with #4 rebar and poured with concrete. Notice the compacted area between the road and where the house will be.

At the end of the beautiful day, Justen is ready to relax.

Must get back to work! The house will be here on March 10th.
